The Charleston Place

The location, room accommodations, and staff were exceptional! We were welcomed very warmly and promptly. The concierge desk always seemed to have someone there with multiple recommendations regarding where to eat, what to do, and how we could easily get there. Housekeeping was always on top of turn down, as well as keeping things orderly during the day, which we appreciated. One of our favorite parts of the Charleston Place was ending our evenings at the Troubadour Club.

Loved the location. It was close to shopping and all kinds of cute restaurants. The hotel itself was beautiful. ALL of the staff were the most helpful and friendliest!

Only grabbed coffee and pastries at the coffee shop but they were good.

We loved the location because we could walk everywhere. Staff could not have been nicer. The lobby was beautiful with multiple seating areas to relax and enjoy a book, drink, or the lovely piano music. The spa and pool area looked wonderful, although we didn’t use it (not enough time on a short trip).

The hotel has very friendly & helpful staff in all departments, the concierge was very knowledgeable of Charleston. The lobby had a gorgeous chandelier & each of the wings were decorated so nicely with gorgeous topiary & colors of blue. The rooms were very clean with great cleaning & room service. There were so many places to sit to enjoy your coffee or a cocktail during the morning, afternoon & night. The gardens were so pretty & comfortable to sit or walk through. Walking distance to King St, so many shops & restaurants! The hotel does provide transportation services ( for a fee) with very friendly & safe drivers to take you to the airport, Shems Creek, the beaches or anywhere you need. There are a number of places to eat on premises, the food was very good at all of them. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!
